Field Reimbursement Manager - South

Role: Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) responsible for supporting access and reimbursement processes for Harmony Biosciences' products within a designated geographic region. Primary objectives include educating healthcare providers and office staff on insurance coverage, prior authorization, and reimbursement procedures, ensuring compliant patient access, and executing regional strategic plans through collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders such as HUB and market access partners. Responsibilities encompass in-person visits, managing patient support activities, and maintaining accurate CRM records. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech reimbursement or access roles, particularly with complex or rare disease products; experience in patient support programs, specialty pharmacy, and handling PHI. Preferred: Master's degree; experience launching specialty products, working in matrix environments, and coordinating reimbursement services. High-value: rare neurological disorders focus, specialty and complex products, reimbursement process expertise, field-based customer engagement, 50% travel within assigned region.
