Field Reimbursement Manager- Richmond, VA

Role: Field Reimbursement Manager supporting Amgen’s Patient Access and Reimbursement initiatives in Richmond, VA. Responsibilities: manage defined accounts, execute territory strategic plans, assist healthcare providers with reimbursement issues from prior authorization to appeals, and educate on payer coverage and benefit design. Collaborate with internal teams including HUB services to resolve patient-specific reimbursement challenges. Requirements: Doctorate, Master’s with 3+ years or Bachelor’s with 5+ years in customer service or leadership; experience managing teams or projects. High-Value: 6+ years' experience with specialty/biologic self-injectables or physician-administered products, knowledge of CMS policies, Medicare Part B/D, and medical insurance terminology; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred. Work setup: remote with 3 days onsite weekly, travel up to 60-80% via automobile or plane.
