Discover Your Role:
- Establish HCP/office relationships and understand access services/support, including patient-specific coverage, channel acquisition, and site of care options (e.g., infusion centers)
- Support identification of potential site of care locations, site onboarding, and ongoing site account management
- Ensure optimal patient access with effective account- and patient-level pull-through
- Monitor patient compliance and adherence to treatment
- Build collaborative relationships with Regeneron colleagues (Regional Directors and Account Specialists) to educate physician offices on coverage and coding of Regeneron products
- Participate in daily case update meetings with HUB and communicate case status to field partners
- Support sales partners by distributing reimbursement materials and assisting physician offices, infusion centers, and HUB program partners
- Demonstrate territory planning and time management to cover the geographic area of responsibility
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree (four-year college/university)
- 5β10 years pharmaceutical/biotech/device experience, including rare disease and cardiometabolic diseases (including Homozygous Familial Hypercholesterolemia)
- Preferred: market access experience (e.g., field reimbursement, account management, marketing, or trade)
- Strong preference: Buy & Bill and Specialty Pharmacy experience; previous rare disease preferred
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Knowledge of private payer (MCO), Medicare, and Medicaid structures and reimbursement policies/processes; proven ability to lead multiple projects and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Travel up to 30β40%
