Field Reimbursement Manager-Rare Disease-Northeast

Role: Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) for Rare Disease, supporting access and reimbursement strategies to ensure patient access to Regeneron's biologics. Responsibilities: provide customer-facing support to healthcare providers and office staff, navigate complex payer systems, facilitate site of care selection, onboard and manage treatment sites, monitor patient adherence, and collaborate with internal teams including sales and HUB. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 5-10 years in pharma/biotech with experience in rare diseases, cardiometabolic conditions, or specialty pharmacy; strong knowledge of payer systems (private, Medicare, Medicaid), reimbursement policies, and market access; excellent project management and communication skills; willingness to travel 30-40%. Preferred: experience with Buy & Bill models, specialty pharmacy, and rare disease therapeutics, especially in HHH. Location: Remote, Northeast region. The role demands cross-functional collaboration, strategic territory planning, and customer support to optimize patient access to biologic treatments.
