Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Sanofi rare blood disorders/Hemophilia patient support programs, payer claim processes, billing & coding education, access issue resolution, and patient financial assistance/alternative funding.
- Develop business plans to execute brand strategies aligned with corporate brand/marketing plans and tailored to geography/customer context.
- Coordinate business activities and drive results within assigned geographic area; ensure effective execution of strategies/tactics.
- Maintain knowledge of local/national payer landscape, including Specialty Pharmacy and Utilization Management criteria.
- Monitor commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid communications on coverage, coding, and reimbursement.
- Partner cross-functionally to support product launches with a culture of respect and prioritization.
- Educate office personnel on approved billing information, codes, medical & pharmacy benefits, and patient support offerings.
- Build relationships with targeted healthcare provider offices to help resolve payer coverage barriers in compliance with company policies/SOPs.
- Ensure required training is completed and demonstrate appropriate clinical knowledge.
- Manage and adhere to all company policies and legal/regulatory guidelines; uphold core values.

Qualifications (Basic):
- BA/BS required (life science or business preferred); MBA a plus.
- 10+ years in pharmaceutical/related healthcare industry.
- 4+ years specialty pharmacy reimbursement/access experience with demonstrated exceptional results.
- Cross-functional/matrix teamwork experience.
- Experience coordinating patient/provider support (e.g., specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, nursing, specialty distributor).
- Travel to meetings/programs as needed; additional within assigned geography.
- Reside in Florida territory.
- Valid driver’s license.

Preferred:
- Hemophilia experience; Hemophilia or complex specialty product launch experience.
- Field Reimbursement Manager and specialty pharmacy reimbursement experience.
- Self-starter; strong strategic thinking/problem-solving/communication.
- Experience supporting self-infused products and payer environment impacts on home access.
- Ability to maintain compliance with applicable Sanofi policies/legal requirements.

Travel: ~50–60% depending on geography.
