Field Reimbursement Manager - Philadelphia

Role: Field Reimbursement Manager supporting patient access for Ardelyx's gastroenterology products. Objectives: facilitate timely patient access, support healthcare providers, and address coverage barriers. Responsibilities: build relationships with Patient Services, HCPs, and payers; educate on prior authorization and appeals; monitor access trends; leverage HUB and pharmacy partners; stay current on payer dynamics; serve as access and affordability expert. Qualifications: BA/BS with 6-9 years in reimbursement, patient services, or market access within pharma/biotech; 3-5 years as a field reimbursement manager; deep knowledge of specialty pharmacy, health insurance (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial), and payer processes; experience with GI products preferred; strong communication, data analysis, and relationship skills.
