Field Reimbursement Manager (Orlando, FL)

Role: Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) responsible for optimizing patient access to Axsome Therapeutics' CNS treatments through payer education, access barrier removal, and stakeholder collaboration. Responsibilities: educate healthcare providers and staff on payer policies, develop relationships to address access obstacles, manage patient support programs, and support sales and managed markets teams; stay updated on payer landscape; ensure compliance with legal/regulatory standards; conduct virtual and in-person engagements; travel 50-75%, including overnight. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (graduate preferred); 8+ years in healthcare or pharmaceutical account management with 2+ years as an FRM or RAM, preferably in neurology; residence within assigned territory; ability to travel extensively; strong knowledge of pharmacy benefits, payer segments, and CNS experience preferred. Skills: adept at managing multiple tasks in dynamic environments, excellent relationship-building, and virtual/face-to-face communication. High-Value: CNS therapeutic focus, payer and patient access strategies, experience with neurology, familiarity with Medicare Part D and commercial payers, and field-based stakeholder engagement.
