Field Reimbursement Manager North Carolina

Role: Reimbursement Specialist supporting CSL Behring therapies, focusing on securing and optimizing reimbursement from payers, Medicare, and other federal and state agencies. Responsibilities include engaging with payers, specialty pharmacies, physicians, and professional societies; developing and executing reimbursement strategies aligned with sales and marketing; managing reimbursement coding for new product launches; influencing coverage decisions; and maintaining reimbursement guidelines and websites. Also involves conducting training for sales teams and healthcare providers, and supporting applications for federal and state payer programs. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 5-8 years in reimbursement or case management roles; strong knowledge of private and public insurance policies, Medicare, and coding standards (HCPCS, CPT, ICD); experience with payer advocacy preferred. Competencies include dealing with ambiguity, healthcare policy expertise, communication skills, customer focus, and ethical standards.
