Field Reimbursement Manager - Neurology (South Central)

Role: Field Reimbursement Manager supporting a rare disease therapy launch within the neurology segment, primarily focusing on access, reimbursement, and site-of-care optimization. Responsibilities include developing account-specific reimbursement strategies, educating providers on patient support services, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, and Patient Services, and resolving access barriers such as prior authorizations and payer restrictions. The role involves building relationships with healthcare providers and payers, monitoring policy and coding updates, and supporting therapy delivery across buy & bill, specialty pharmacy, and alternate sites. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in biopharma reimbursement or market access, including 2+ years supporting medical benefit therapies; experience with buy & bill and specialty pharmacy distribution models, including white bagging and site-of-care management. Preferred: experience supporting product launches in rare diseases.
