Field Reimbursement Manager - Neurology (Mid South)

Role: Field Reimbursement Manager supporting the launch and ongoing access of a rare disease therapy within neurology. Responsibilities include developing account-specific reimbursement strategies, educating providers on patient support services, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Medical, Patient Services), and resolving access barriers such as prior authorizations, denials, and payer restrictions. Key focus on optimizing site-of-care and ensuring patient access through proactive engagement and reimbursement plan execution. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years in biopharma market access or reimbursement, including 2+ years supporting medical benefit therapies (buy & bill preferred). Experience with specialty pharmacy distribution models, white bagging, and rare disease product launches is preferred.
