Field Reimbursement Manager-Mountain West

Role: Field Reimbursement Manager supporting Harrow's buy-and-bill drugs in Retina and Surgical areas across NM, CO, WY, NE, SD, and ND. Objectives: improve patient access by providing reimbursement expertise and education to practice staff. Responsibilities: serve as primary contact for reimbursement issues, educate on payer coverage, billing, coding, and prior authorization; support claims and appeals; build trusted account relationships, conduct business reviews, identify access barriers, and develop intervention plans; analyze claims data to identify denial patterns, escalate systemic payer issues, and collaborate with the HUB and leadership. Requirements: 7+ years in healthcare reimbursement, with at least 2 years of field reimbursement experience; buy-and-bill expertise; proficiency in HCPCS Level II codes, payer policies (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial); bachelor’s degree or equivalent; healthcare credentialing preferred. High-Value: Retina and Surgical therapeutic areas, buy-and-bill model, payer coverage expertise, claims analysis, and up to 80% travel. WorkSetup: remote.
