Field Reimbursement Manager-Midwest

Role: Field Reimbursement Manager supporting Harrow’s buy-and-bill drug portfolio in Retina and Surgical areas across WI, IL, IN, and IA. Primary objectives include providing compliant reimbursement education, resolving access barriers, and expanding patient access to therapies. Responsibilities encompass serving as the main contact for practice staff on payer coverage, coding, prior authorization, and claims; conducting business reviews to identify denial trends; and collaborating with sales and healthcare teams on account management. Key activities involve claims analysis, payer policy knowledge, and escalation of systemic issues. Requirements: 7+ years in healthcare reimbursement or related fields, with at least 2 years of field reimbursement experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and buy-and-bill familiarity. Preferred skills include HCPCS Level II (J-code) experience, credentialing/certification, and prior experience in eye care or private equity. High-value specifics: focus on in-market reimbursement support within the retina and surgical therapeutic areas, emphasizing access, coding, and payer policy expertise in a remote role with up to 80% travel.
