Field Reimbursement Manager-Mid-Atlantic

Role: Field Reimbursement Manager supporting Harrow's buy-and-bill drug portfolio in Retina and Surgical areas, focusing on expanding patient access through reimbursement expertise. Responsibilities: serve as the primary contact for practice reimbursement education, support prior authorizations and appeals, build strong relationships with healthcare practices, conduct claims analysis to identify denial patterns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless support. Lead business reviews, identify access barriers, and provide actionable insights to leadership. Qualifications: 7+ years in healthcare, reimbursement, or sales, with minimum 2 years' field reimbursement experience; bachelor's degree or equivalent; buy-and-bill experience required. Preferred: knowledge of HCPCS/J-codes, payer policies (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial), and experience in eye care or private equity. High-value specifics: focus on physician practice reimbursement, buy-and-bill model, high account accountability, multi-payer environment, and extensive travel (~80%). Work setup: remote, covering VA, MD, PA, WV regions.
