Responsibilities:
- Proactively resolve complex patient access barriers (prior authorizations, appeals, denials) with customers/accounts.
- Educate private practices, multi-specialty groups, facilities, and staff on reimbursement support programs, coverage, coding, and payer policies.
- Ensure access barriers are minimized for appropriate patients to obtain Invivyd products through HCP education.
- Provide clear, actionable guidance to practice managers, billing staff, nurses, and reimbursement teams on payer policies and processes.
- Conduct regular practice reviews of reimbursement support utilization; recommend program enhancements.
- Report payor trends related to approved products to Patient Services and Market Access account management.
- Educate providers on coverage pathways for both medical and pharmacy benefit products, including Medicare reimbursement landscape.
- Provide training on drug reimbursement process, coding, and billing practices.
- Manage access/reimbursement concerns by partnering with relevant Invivyd stakeholders; stay current on trends, competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and healthcare policy.
- Present insights and trends to commercial and executive leadership.
- Ensure all interactions follow pharmaceutical regulations, industry standards, and ethical guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs Degree.
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience with Market Access, Payer Account Management, and/or Access & Reimbursement.
- Ability to develop strategic account plans and oversee contract performance.
- Proven track record of success meeting/exceeding business KPIs.
- Working knowledge of formulary inclusion process and familiarity with sub-committees.
- Analytical ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer insights.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to travel ~60% of the time.
Compensation/benefits (from posting):
- Base salary range: $152,000 - $202,000; eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive (e.g., equity).
