Field Reimbursement Manager, Market Access - Mid-Atlantic Region

Role: Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) supporting GEHC's Diagnostic portfolio, primarily focusing on radiology contrast media and molecular imaging agents. Objectives: serve as a customer-facing reimbursement expert, educate and support healthcare providers, resolve access and reimbursement issues, and embed GEHC's support services within practices and health systems. Responsibilities: act as a subject matter expert on payer programs, develop and deliver onboarding and training (virtual/in-person), communicate reimbursement policies and processes to prescribers and office staff, create reimbursement tools and guides, and coordinate with sales and account teams for field intelligence. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree; 5+ years in healthcare medical device/pharma; 3+ years as an FRM in the US; strong knowledge of medical billing, coding (HCPCS, CPT, ICD-10), and reimbursement mechanisms, including Medicare/Medicaid and commercial payers; experience with radiology reimbursement processes; proficiency with CRM, PowerPoint, Excel, Word; ability to travel up to 40% within the Mid-Atlantic region. Preferred: Certified Professional Coding Certification, experience in radiopharmaceuticals, imaging, diagnostics, or product launches. High-Value: focus on diagnostic imaging, market access, patient support services, and reimbursement advocacy within the radiology and molecular imaging domain. Work setup: field-based with travel; reporting to Sr. Director of Patient Services.
