Field Reimbursement Manager, Market Access - Mid-Atlantic Region

Role: Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) specializing in medical device and diagnostic products within GEHC's PDx portfolio, focusing on access, reimbursement, and customer education. Responsibilities include serving as a subject matter expert on payer programs, developing onboarding and educational presentations, and resolving patient access and reimbursement challenges by leveraging internal and external resources. The FRM develops reimbursement tools, maintains communication with sales and market access teams, and promotes GEHC’s Patient Support Services at conferences. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years in U.S. healthcare, with 3+ years in FRM roles, and extensive knowledge of medical benefit reimbursement, coding (HCPCS, CPT, ICD-10), and payer dynamics (Medicare/Medicaid, commercial). Experience working with provider offices, hospital outpatient reimbursement, and HUB or reimbursement call centers is essential. Preferred qualifications include certification in professional coding, radiopharmaceuticals or diagnostics experience, and product launch expertise. The position is field-based, covering the Mid-Atlantic region with up to 40% travel, and reports to the Sr. Director of Patient Services. High-value biopharma specifics involve diagnostics, imaging agents, and reimbursement across major healthcare payers in a regulated environment, with a focus on radiology and related regulations.
