The Immunology Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) is a specialized in-office resource for healthcare providers (HCPs) in a designated territory, addressing patient access and reimbursement inquiries related to AbbVie’s immunology portfolio, including coverage, reimbursement challenges, use of support tools, and education on prescription status, program eligibility, and payer processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Educate HCPs (including bio coordinators/office staff) on AbbVie patient support programs, access and reimbursement tools/services.
- Educate on product acquisition options (specialty pharmacy networks and specialty distribution).
- Educate resources and strategies to address patient access issues.
- Provide localized expertise on national/regional payer policies, including coding updates and claims submission methodology.
- Coordinate with AbbVie’s Access and Reimbursement Support Center to relay prescription status and eligibility updates.
- Report payer trends for approved products to Patient Services and Market Access teams.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with providers in the territory.
- Maintain knowledge of managed care, reimbursement, and policy trends.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in immunology, or access and reimbursement with expertise in market access and payer account management.
- Exceptional territory/strategic account management skills.
- Proven leadership record.
- Functional knowledge of access and reimbursement support service centers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate coding and billing requirements (Medicare Parts A/B/C/D and related reimbursement dynamics).
- Understanding of rules/regulations and risks related to reimbursement support services.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders; lead without authority.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements.
- Driving required (personal auto/company car or truck, or powered material handling equipment).
