Immunology Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) โ€” field-based; candidates should live within a reasonable distance of Grand Rapids, Flint, Saginaw, the UP, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Educate HCPs (bio coordinators/office staff) on AbbVie patient support programs, access and reimbursement tools/services.
- Educate on product acquisition options (specialty pharmacy networks, specialty distribution, bagging methods).
- Provide resources/strategies to address patient access issues.
- Deliver localized expertise on payer policies and utilization management criteria, including medical billing/coding updates and claim submission methodology.
- Collaborate with AbbVie Access and Reimbursement Support Center on prescription status and program eligibility updates.
- Report payer trends for approved products to Patient Services and Market Access teams.
- Establish and maintain provider relationships in the assigned territory.
- Maintain knowledge of managed care, reimbursement, and policy trends.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 yearsโ€™ experience in immunology, or access/reimbursement expertise with market access and payer account management.
- Expertise in specialty biologics drug acquisition/dispensing (e.g., Buy and Bill, reimbursement analysis; specialty pharmacies/distributors).
- Strong territory/account management, leadership, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Functional knowledge of access and reimbursement support service centers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate coding/billing requirements nationally/regionally across Medicare Parts A/B/C/D and related reimbursement dynamics.
- Understanding of rules/regulations and risks of reimbursement support services.
- Ability to build relationships and lead without authority.
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements.
