Role: Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM), Endocrinology, focusing on ensuring patient access to Corcept’s therapies for hypercortisolism and related conditions. Responsibilities: support healthcare providers with reimbursement navigation, benefits investigations, prior authorizations, appeals, and product fulfillment; collaborate with the HUB and specialty pharmacies; conduct educational sessions on access pathways; partner with sales teams; analyze territory data to address access barriers; track patient progress through the access journey. Requirements: bachelor's degree; 5+ years in pharma/biotech reimbursement, market access, or patient services; deep knowledge of US reimbursement landscape, including specialty pharmacy models; strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills; proficiency with MS Office, CRM, data tools; valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively. Preferred: experience in rare diseases or endocrinology, familiarity with Korlym or Relacorilant access pathways, bilingual skills.
