Responsibilities:
- Assist HCP offices with reimbursement processes: benefits investigations, prior authorizations, appeals, collecting missing info, and coordinating product fulfillment through specialty pharmacies (SPs).
- Work with the Corcept HUB to resolve patient case issues (e.g., delayed/cancelled/discontinued enrollments) and coordinate stakeholders (SPs, HUB case managers, payers) to facilitate access.
- Conduct in-services/educational sessions for HCP staff on the access pathway, patient support services, the HUB, and the Specialty Pharmacy network.
- Partner with Clinical Sales Specialists; contribute local insights to territory/national calls.
- Provide feedback to Market Access leadership/National Accounts on regional access trends, issues, and payer policy shifts.
- Manage territory via in-field and virtual engagement; analyze territory data to identify access barriers/enrollment gaps and develop action plans; track patients from enrollment through fulfillment and therapy continuation.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Technical Proficiencies:
- Deep understanding of U.S. reimbursement and specialty pharmacy distribution models.
- Strong problem-solving, communication (verbal/written), emotional intelligence, adaptability.
- Proficient with MS Office, CRM platforms, and data analysis tools; self-starter with strong time management.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel extensively.

Preferred Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical/biotech reimbursement, market access, patient services, or related field.
- Experience with SPs, HUBs, payers, and HCPs in a field-based role; rare disease or endocrinology experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Korlym or Relacorilant access pathways; bilingual (region-dependent) preferred.

Pay range: $154,000–$200,000.
