Role: Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM), Endocrinology, responsible for optimizing patient access to Corcept's therapies for hypercortisolism and related conditions. Responsibilities include supporting healthcare providers with reimbursement navigation, benefits verification, prior authorizations, and resolving access barriers through collaboration with HUBs, specialty pharmacies, and payers. The role also involves educating HCP staff on access pathways, staying informed on payer policy changes, and providing insights to cross-functional teams. The FRM manages territory-specific access issues, analyzes data to identify barriers, and supports patients from enrollment to therapy continuation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or biotech reimbursement, market access, or patient services; in-depth knowledge of the U.S. reimbursement landscape, specialty pharmacy models, and experience working with payers, SPs, and healthcare providers. Preferred skills include strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities, with proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and data analytics; valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
