Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM), Endocrinology - Miami

Role: Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM), Endocrinology, supporting patient access for Corcept's cortisol modulation therapies, including Korlym and Relacorilant. Responsibilities: assist healthcare providers with navigating reimbursement processes, conduct educational sessions on access pathways, troubleshoot complex patient case issues, and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, HUB, payers, and specialty pharmacies. Manage territory engagement, analyze access barriers, and support patient enrollment and therapy continuation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years in pharmaceutical/biotech reimbursement or market access, deep knowledge of U.S. reimbursement environment and specialty pharmacy distribution, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools, and ability to travel extensively. Preferred qualifications include experience in rare diseases or endocrinology, familiarity with Corcept therapies' access pathways, bilingual skills, and previous work with SPs, HUBs, and payers. High-value: focus on endocrinology (hypercortisolism), biologics/Small Molecules, patient support, and access logistics within the U.S. healthcare system.
