Responsibilities
- Support patient access & pull-through: help HCP offices with reimbursement processes (missing info, benefits investigations, prior authorizations, appeals, and fulfillment through specialty pharmacies); resolve patient case issues with the Corcept HUB (including delayed/cancelled/discontinued enrollments); coordinate with SPs, HUB case managers, payers, and stakeholders.
- Educate & in-service: conduct in-services for HCP staff on the access pathway, HUB services, and specialty pharmacy network; serve as access/reimbursement resource for the territory.
- Cross-functional collaboration: partner with Clinical Sales Specialists; contribute local insights on team calls; share regional access trends/issues and payer policy shifts with Market Access leadership and National Accounts.
- Territory management: balance in-field/virtual engagement; analyze territory data to identify access barriers and create action plans; track/support patients from enrollment to fulfillment and continuation.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Technical Proficiencies
- Deep U.S. reimbursement knowledge, including specialty pharmacy models.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability.
- Proficient with MS Office, CRM platforms, and data analysis tools.
- Self-starter; time management/organization.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel extensively.

Preferred Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech reimbursement, market access, patient services, or related field.
- Experience with SPs, HUBs, payers, and HCPs in a field-based role; rare disease/endocrinology experience.
- Familiarity with Korlym or Relacorilant access pathways; bilingual (depending on region).

Compensation/Instructions
- Pay range: $154,000–$200,000.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. full-time.
