Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM), Endocrinology - Florida North

Role: Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM), Endocrinology, supporting patient access for Corcept's therapies including Korlym, Mifepristone AG, and Relacorilant. Responsibilities: assist healthcare providers with navigating reimbursement processes (benefits investigations, prior authorizations, appeals), collaborate with the HUB and specialty pharmacies to resolve patient access issues, conduct educational sessions on access pathways, and provide insights on payer policies. Manage territory activities through in-person and virtual engagement, analyze access barriers, and track patient journeys from enrollment to therapy continuation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; minimum 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical/biotech reimbursement, market access, or patient services; strong knowledge of US reimbursement landscape, especially specialty pharmacy models; excellent problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills; proficiency with MS Office, CRM, data analysis tools; valid driver’s license for extensive travel. Preferred: experience in rare diseases or endocrinology, familiarity with Korlym or Relacorilant access pathways, bilingual skills. High-value: focus on specialty pharma access, endocrinology (hypercortisolism), patient support, and payer policy navigation. WorkSetup: field-based, extensive travel within assigned territory.
