Responsibilities:
- Assist HCP offices with reimbursement processes (missing info, benefits investigations, prior authorizations, appeals) and product fulfillment through specialty pharmacies.
- Coordinate with the Corcept HUB to resolve patient access case issues (e.g., delayed/cancelled/discontinued enrollments).
- Facilitate patient access by coordinating with specialty pharmacies, HUB case managers, payers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct in-services/educational sessions for HCP staff on the access pathway, patient support services, HUB, and specialty pharmacy network.
- Serve as access and reimbursement resource for the territory; stay current on evolving payer policies.
- Partner with Clinical Sales Specialists on account strategy and access challenges/opportunities.
- Provide regional feedback to Market Access leadership and National Accounts on access trends, issues, and payer policy shifts.
- Manage territory via a mix of in-field visits and virtual engagement; analyze territory data to identify access barriers and develop action plans.
- Track/support patients throughout the access journey (enrollment to fulfillment and continuation).
Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Technical Proficiencies:
- Deep understanding of U.S. reimbursement environment and specialty pharmacy distribution models.
- Strong problem-solving; excellent verbal/written communication.
- High emotional intelligence and adaptability; proactive/self-directed.
- Proficient with MS Office, CRM platforms, and data analysis tools.
- Valid driverโs license; extensive territory travel.
Preferred Education/Experience:
- Bachelorโs degree; minimum 5 years in pharma/biotech reimbursement/market access/patient services or related field.
- Experience working with SPs, HUBs, payers, and HCPs in a field-based capacity.
- Rare disease or endocrinology experience; familiarity with Korlym or Relacorilant access pathways.
- Bilingual (depending on region).
