Market Access
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as field subject matter expert for patient support, access, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeals, financial assistance, and related business issues within the Dupixent Business Unit.
- Build reimbursement confidence/understanding with customers and support patient pull-through.
- Act as point of contact for Dupixent MyWay (Patient Support Program) and coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Market Access, Account Directors, Trade, vendors, and Alliance colleagues.
- Provide education to office personnel on payer landscapes, prior authorization, and appeals processes, including free drug and financial assistance programs.
- Plan and implement geographic business plans to support appropriate access.
- Maintain knowledge of local/national payer landscape, including Specialty Pharmacy and Utilization Management criteria.
- Establish relationships with key internal/external customer segments.
- Develop relationships with state societies, associations, and advocacy groups to support patient access.
- Conduct HCP office visits as needed to facilitate pull-through and resolve escalated issues (HIPAA-compliant contact).
- Work compliantly to reduce cycle time and increase conversion rate.

Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS required (preferably life science or business); MBA a plus.
- 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry; Dermatology or respiratory and/or Market Access preferred.
- Ability to travel to meetings/trainings/programs; additional travel within assigned geography.
- Demonstrated cross-functional teamwork in a matrix environment.

Travel Requirements:
- ~50% travel (depending on geography).
