Responsibilities:
- Educate on BOTOX treatment fundamentals, appropriate reimbursement, and payer landscape.
- Identify access and reimbursement barriers; uncover root causes delaying patient treatment.
- Monitor and update on regional and national payers (medical policy changes, prior authorization, product acquisition) and exchange information compliantly.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (Market Access, Center of Excellence, Sales, Marketing, Training, Compliance, Trade, Specialty Pharmacy) and provide customer feedback on approval/access barriers.
- Educate accounts on patient access tools (HUB services, patient savings programs, payer coverage details, acquisition pull-through).
- Provide analytical, need-based solutions in complex, matrix-influenced care environments.
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals and business decision makers; lead without authority, influence across functions, and communicate crucial information.
- Proactively participate in Field Input Teams; plan, prioritize, follow up, and anticipate problems.

Qualifications:
- 5–7 years proven success in a health care related field; Bachelor’s degree required.
- Preferred: sales, district management, hospital, managed markets, access & reimbursement, or practice experience; Lean Six Sigma knowledge.
- Experience with physician-administered injectables; CPT/J-code reimbursement; Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill acquisition; benefit verifications, prior authorizations, claim assistance/appeals, payer policies; HUB services.
- Payer coverage experience: Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Commercial, Medicaid.
- Strong verbal/written communication and presentation; problem solving, gain access, resource mastery, tangible results, overcoming adversity, collaboration, managing complexities.
- Soft skills: empathy, critical thinking, curiosity, persistence, reliability, resourcefulness.
- Leadership history; technology/analytics (Salesforce, Excel, report interpretation); valid driver’s license; travel as needed.
