Field Reimbursement Manager

Role: Field Reimbursement Manager supporting Ascendis Pharma's rare disease and oncology products by optimizing patient access and provider reimbursement processes. Responsibilities: serve as a compliance SME on reimbursement, educate HCP offices on coverage, prior authorizations, appeals, and funding options; build relationships with providers and pharmacy stakeholders; analyze payer trends; support specialty pharmacy navigation; collaborate on access strategies; develop territory plans; troubleshoot reimbursement issues; drive process improvements; ensure regulatory compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's in health-related field or equivalent; 8+ years in pharma/healthcare, with substantial reimbursement experience; 3-6 years supporting specialty biologics; deep knowledge of US payer landscape, specialty pharmacy, and patient services; strong communication skills; digital fluency; bilingual preferred.
