Field Reimbursement Liaison - Northwest

Role: Field Reimbursement Liaison (FRL) - Northwest, responsible for optimizing patient access and reimbursement for Crinetics’ endocrine disorder therapies. Core duties include supporting healthcare providers with patient coverage issues, educating office staff on patient programs, liaising with internal teams and specialty pharmacies, and providing reimbursement strategy insights. Responsibilities also encompass process improvement, stakeholder education, and market access trend analysis. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 12+ years in healthcare/pharma; strong knowledge of payer policies, case management, and complex/rare diseases; excellent communication and organizational skills; proficiency in MS Office and iPad; ability to travel regionally up to 75%, including overnight. Preferred: 3-5 years’ reimbursement experience, familiarity with specialty pharmacy networks, healthcare policy, CPT/ICD-10 coding, and launching specialty products. The role is remote, ideally based within the Northwest region, covering multi-state territories. The position offers a salary range of $162,000-$203,000, with bonus, stock options, benefits, and up to 75% travel.
