Field Reimbursement Liaison - North Central

Role: Field Reimbursement Liaison (FRL) for North Central region, supporting patient access and reimbursement strategies for Crinetics’ endocrine therapies. Responsibilities: conduct office visits with healthcare providers and staff to assist with reimbursement, resolve coverage issues, educate on patient programs, liaise with CrinetiCARE and specialty pharmacies, support sales teams with reimbursement insights, develop training materials, monitor industry trends, and ensure compliance with policies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years in healthcare or pharma/biotech; strong clinical/scientific knowledge of rare/endocrine diseases; excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in payer systems, prior authorization, and case management processes; technical aptitude with Microsoft Office and iPad; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred: 3-5 years of reimbursement experience, familiarity with specialty pharmacies, healthcare policy, CPT/ICD-10 coding, and experience in launching new products. Work setup: remote, with regional travel covering multiple states (up to 75%), including overnight stays; valid driver’s license required. High-value: focus on specialty pharmaceuticals in endocrine indications, reimbursement landscape, and cross-functional healthcare provider engagement.
