Field Reimbursement Education Liaison -Vaccines- Northwest

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead Reimbursement/Access service offerings for Sanofi Vaccines across Health System, IDN, and Medical Group settings with executive-level stakeholder engagement
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Reimbursement/Access for the Sanofi Vaccines portfolio; regional expert with emphasis on commercial landscape
- Monitor the marketplace for market access issues affecting patient/provider access; identify threats/opportunities and adjust strategy
- Synthesize team observations/feedback and apply best practices to improve total market approach (including access strategies and field engagement)
- Adapt tools to support health system/medical group reimbursement needs
- Support Market Access and Reimbursement leadership with analysis of business opportunities and coordination of cross-team process improvement/efficiency initiatives
- Build positive working relationships with key customer segments (internal/external), including Specialty and Regional Sales
- Keep reimbursement/access compliance requirements current with quality control measures
- Develop and deliver reimbursement-specific trainings for commercial operations teams (new hires, refreshers, ongoing projects, technical trainings)
- Meet and report program performance metrics to internal/external stakeholders
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Travel up to 50%
- 5+ years’ experience in reimbursement (Vaccines a plus)
- Account management and health system navigation experience
- Ability to maintain compliance with applicable policies/procedures and regulatory/legal requirements during cross-functional interactions
- Strong understanding of commercial payer reimbursement methodology
- Strong financial analysis/revenue cycle and vaccines understanding
- Ability to develop/interpret content aligned with client needs in compliance with Sanofi guidelines
- Proven ability to build/maintain customer relationships; executive presence in-person and remote
- Strong analytical/decision-making skills; synthesize multi-source data to evaluate reimbursement landscape
- Inclusive and diverse mindset; driver’s license and safe driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or other advanced degree
- Pharmaceutical industry knowledge; Buy & Bill experience (preferred in vaccine space)
- Executive-level engagement and people leadership skills
- Cross-functional experience (field and corporate)
- Interpersonal skills, conflict management, and relationship building
- Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
- Exposure to other business functions (e.g., Sales Training, Customer Solutions, Sales Ops, Managed Care, Marketing, Account Management)
