Field Patient Access Director

Role: Senior leadership position overseeing patient access functions within Northern CA and Nevada, focusing on optimizing reimbursement strategies and patient support for biopharma products. Responsibilities: lead and develop regional patient access teams (PALs and FRMs), establish performance KPIs, execute access readiness for new product launches, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Market Access, Sales, and Patient Support, to support product launches and ongoing access initiatives. Monitor operational performance, identify process improvements, and translate field insights into strategic actions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 10+ years in pharma, biotech, or healthcare with progressive field leadership experience; expertise in supporting rare disease and specialty products; deep knowledge of reimbursement pathways, specialty pharmacy, and compliance.
