Field Patient Access Director

Role: Senior leadership for regional patient access functions, overseeing PALs and FRMs, with a focus on optimizing therapy access and reimbursement strategies. Responsibilities: lead, coach, and develop field teams; ensure readiness for product launches; analyze payer trends; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Market Access, Sales, and Patient Support; and ensure operational compliance and performance monitoring. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 10+ years in pharma, biotech, or healthcare; proven field leadership, particularly in rare disease or specialty products; deep knowledge of reimbursement pathways and specialty pharmacy; strong analytical and communication skills; and understanding of compliance and patient confidentiality regulations.
