Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute Oncology Medical strategy and customer engagement in a territory, coordinating with other Pfizer colleagues.
- Contribute to Medical content strategy and aligned Field Medical tactics.
- Maintain effective communication/collaboration with HQ Medical, Medical Information, and Field Medical colleagues.
- Provide expertise via live/virtual presentations and other communications.
- Develop and execute customer-specific projects, collaborations, strategic partnerships, and non-interventional studies using clinical, HIT, market, and account insights to improve quality of care and patient outcomes.
- Optimize patient centricity using Health Literacy and cultural awareness principles.
- Serve as Oncology Medical lead for assigned customers; develop and execute a Medical account plan.
- Explain study design, methodology, data analysis, and interpretation to customers.
- Engage stakeholders (e.g., QIOs, advocacy groups, coalitions) to align with Pfizer Oncology Medical objectives.
- Support HIT initiatives (assessment, feasibility, clinical relevance) and analyze clinical workflows to reduce care gaps and improve efficiencies.
- Facilitate development of clinical content and provide e-data collection expertise.
- Cross-functionally identify/design/deploy HIT solutions; support resources for new product/indication launches.
- Represent Oncology Medical Affairs leadership with professional associations; support collaborative projects/publications.
- Provide approved medical content to organized customers (National/Regional Payers, SPPs).
- Stay current on scientific developments; respond to unsolicited requests with scientific and pharmacoeconomic interpretation.
- Collaborate internally (e.g., Field Medical, HQ Medical, HEOR) to support outcomes and data needs.
- Act as coordinated point of contact for select high-priority sites to harmonize outreach and enrollment support.
- Manage a high volume of field-based projects; prioritize and apply strong judgment.
- Maintain up-to-date internal training status.

Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in health science.
- Relevant experience: 10+ years (with bachelor’s), 8+ years (with master’s), or 7+ years (with terminal degree).
- Experience in clinical/formulary/management; managed care/pharma/quality improvement; data analytics/HEOR (study design, data analysis, interpretation in health services research); interacting with payers/organized customers.
- Excellent oral/written communication; strong interpersonal skills; leadership/influence ability; strong analytic and organizational skills; ability to travel.
- Ability to drive a company car (valid US Driver’s License) and travel ~40–50%.

Work Location: Remote – Field Based.
