What You’ll Do
- Design and execute the Launch Operational Plan; architect and implement Strategic Account Management (SAM) capabilities for Lupus & Nephrology launches.
- Proactively monitor field execution; identify operational barriers/best practices and translate insights into scalable action plans.
- Establish and monitor a Launch Brand Operational Annual Roadmap with KPIs, milestones, and governance.
- Act as the field force excellence “clearinghouse” and lead routine launch optimization feedback sessions.
- Influence Franchise Heads and Sales VPs using data and field credibility to drive adoption of new operational initiatives.
- Provide strategic input to the annual Brand Plan for field execution opportunities/barriers.
- Identify field skill gaps; partner with commercial learning for targeted interventions.
- Set annual operational milestones and develop quarterly deliverables (e.g., Franchise Opportunity Playbooks, Execution Gap Assessments, Operational Assessments, QBRs).
Who You Are (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years progressive Pharmaceutical/Biotech experience.
- Significant Commercial Operations or Sales Excellence leadership experience (preferred: immunology therapeutic area).
- Proven Launch-Phase Field Leadership (e.g., Division Sales Manager, Regional Sales Director, or National Sales Lead).
- Experience designing and/or working in a Strategic Account Management team.
- Anticipates future trends; plans proactively.
- Comfortable with complex data to generate actionable insights.
- Strong stakeholder influence without direct authority; willingness to challenge traditional models.
- Strong stakeholder management and change management skills.
Location
- Prefer commutable to Cambridge, MA; Remote (US only) considered. Travel to office 1x/month for Remote.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay: $186,000–$256,000. Eligible for short- and long-term incentives (cash bonus and equity).
