Field Access Manager - Northeast

Role: Field Access Manager responsible for market access and reimbursement strategies for Telix's radiopharmaceutical products within an assigned region. Main objectives include optimizing payer policies, securing favorable formulary positions, and supporting product launches and lifecycle management. Responsibilities encompass engaging with site of service staff, providers, payers, policymakers, and advocacy groups; educating on reimbursement processes; developing relationships with key opinion leaders; conducting access reviews; and shaping healthcare policies. Requirements: BA/BS degree, 5+ years in pharma/biotech, with 3+ years in healthcare coverage, coding, or reimbursement; experience with buy-and-bill products, Medicare Part B, and oncology or radiology is preferred. Skills include knowledge of payer landscapes, policy development, strong influencing and collaboration abilities, and willingness to travel 20-40% across the US East Coast.
