Role: Field Access Manager responsible for market access and reimbursement strategies for Telix Pharmaceuticals' portfolio of radiopharmaceutical products within an assigned geography. Objectives include ensuring patient access through effective payer policy development, reimbursement support, and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities encompass working with site of service staff, educating on billing and coding, managing payer relationships from pre-commercial to post-launch, developing policy strategies, and advocating with policymakers and industry groups. The role involves monitoring healthcare policies, conducting access reviews, and achieving favorable formulary placements.
Qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalent, with 5+ years' experience in pharma or biotech, including 3+ years in healthcare coverage, coding, or reimbursement. Experience with buy-and-bill products, Medicare Part B, and oncology or radiology is strongly preferred. Deep understanding of payer policies, reimbursement regulations, and specialty markets is required. Willingness to travel 20-40%.

Expertise in Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers, with a particular emphasis on oncology reimbursement models.
