Role: Field Access Manager within Takeda's Patient Access team, focusing on supporting patients and healthcare providers by optimizing therapy access through reimbursement navigation and strategic account management. Responsibilities: address access barriers, deliver education on reimbursement processes to providers and institutions, build collaborative relationships, and support internal teams with market insights and policy updates. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in account management, sales, or medical affairs, with strong knowledge of reimbursement landscapes and healthcare practice management. Preferred: 5+ years in pharma or biotech reimbursement roles, advanced degree (MBA or similar), experience with specialty/high-cost therapies, familiarity with buy-and-bill and pharmacy models. High-Value: patient access, reimbursement strategy, specialty therapeutics, chronic/acute care, field-based role, up to 60% travel.
