Field Access Manager-IBD- OK, AR, KS & MO

Role: Field Access Manager supporting patient access across OK, AR, KS, and MO, focusing on enhancing therapy access through provider education and reimbursement support. Responsibilities include delivering tailored field-based education to healthcare providers, building strategic relationships with healthcare organizations to resolve access barriers, and supporting internal teams with reimbursement insights. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in account management, sales, or medical affairs, with strong knowledge of reimbursement landscapes, account development, and issue resolution. Preferred: 5+ years in patient services or reimbursement roles within pharma or biotech, familiarity with buy-and-bill pharmacy models, and experience with specialty/high-cost therapies. High-Value: Focus on therapies for chronic or acute conditions, with a field-based role requiring up to 75% travel within the South Central territory (Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri). Work setup: Field-based role, live within the territory, with travel requirements.
