Field Access Manager - IBD-EoE Ohio

Role: Field Access Manager supporting Takeda’s Patient Access team in the Dallas territory, focusing on improving patient access to therapies through healthcare provider engagement and reimbursement education. Responsibilities: deliver tailored support and strategic education to providers, hospitals, and specialty pharmacies; build relationships to resolve access barriers; and educate internal teams on reimbursement and policy trends. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years in account management, sales, or medical affairs with strong knowledge of reimbursement landscape; excellent communication and relationship skills. Preferred: experience in biotech or pharmaceutical patient services or reimbursement roles, familiarity with specialty/high-cost therapies, buy-and-bill, and pharmacy models. High-Value: field-based role with up to 75% travel; territory includes Ohio (Cleveland, Cincinnati, Akron, Canton); supporting access across Takeda’s portfolio of therapies. Work setup: remote with substantial travel.
