Field Access Manager - IBD-EoE Ohio

Role: Field Access Manager supporting Takeda’s Patient Access team in the Dallas territory, focusing on enhancing patient access to therapies through provider engagement and education. Responsibilities: serve as a resource for healthcare providers on reimbursement, address access barriers via strategic collaboration, and support internal teams with reimbursement insights; stay informed on healthcare policies and trends. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree, 5+ years in account management, sales, or medical affairs with strong knowledge of reimbursement and practice management; excellent communication and relationship skills. Preferred: experience in patient services or reimbursement roles in pharma/biotech, familiarity with buy-and-bill/pharmacy models, and specialty/high-cost therapies. High-Value: patient access, healthcare reimbursement, specialty pharma, chronic/acute therapies, field-based with up to 75% travel, covering Ohio (Cleveland, Cincinnati, Akron, Canton). Work setup: field-based with travel, role is virtual within territory.
