Role: Field Access Manager within Takeda's Patient Access team, focusing on improving patient access to GI therapies. Responsibilities: provide educational resources to healthcare providers on reimbursement and access barriers, develop strategic relationships with healthcare organizations, address reimbursement challenges, and support internal teams with access insights. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 5+ years in account management, sales, or medical affairs with strong reimbursement knowledge; excellent communication and relationship skills. Preferred: 5+ years in patient services or reimbursement roles in pharma or biotech, familiarity with specialty/high-cost therapies, buy-and-bill/pharmacy models.
