The role requires building high-level relationships with families, navigating complex reimbursement environments, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Qualifications include a BA/BS, 5-8 years of biotech/pharma experience—preferably in patient services, Market Access, and rare diseases—with strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Experience with patient support programs, copay assistance, and hub models is essential. The position demands independent work and regional travel (40-60%), ideally based in Dallas or Houston. The role is pivotal in supporting the commercial success of infigratinib, with a focus on patient access and engagement strategies in the specialty biotech and rare disease space.
