The role involves education, issue resolution, relationship management, and reporting insights to internal teams. It requires building rapport with families, ensuring compliance with health information regulations, and participating in advocacy events. The position demands strategic planning and execution of access initiatives aligned with brand goals. Travel of 40-60% domestically within the US is expected. Qualifications include a BA/BS (preferred), 5-8 years biotech/pharma experience with patient support, market access, or hub program expertise, especially in rare diseases. Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and relationship-building skills are essential. Experience with copay, cost-sharing, affordability, and specialty market reimbursement models is preferred. The role is based in Atlanta, Fort Lauderdale, or Miami, with a focus on fostering patient-centric programs in a complex specialty environment.
