Facility Manager (FM) Site Lead (Warsaw, IN)

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safety and GxP compliance is at the forefront of Facilities Management activities.
- Drive FM focus and capabilities within the site.
- Serve as primary point of contact for site business customers regarding Facilities quality, safety, compliance, and performance.
- Manage site FM team activities, goals, development, and performance reviews.
- Mentor/lead managers, engineers, planners, specialists, technicians, and contractors to ensure 24/7 continuous operational readiness.
- Manage relationships with outsourcing partners, J&J functions, business customers, and authorities.
- Serve as liaison for Quality, Compliance, and EHSS compliance in internal/external audits.
- Ensure facilities comply with external/internal requirements and good commercial, laboratory, and manufacturing practices.
- Establish budgets and accurate spending projections; identify significant OPEX and capital spend needs during budget preparation.
- Lead Utilities/Asset/Site Maintenance Program to sustain targeted equipment availability.
- Share E&PS KPIs, benchmarks, and best practices; drive continuous improvement.
- Implement business continuity, GxP initiatives, energy/sustainability initiatives, and infrastructure management programs to support strategic facilities planning.
- Implement and maintain business continuity plans and infrastructure management programs.
- Support capital and infrastructure projects with Project Development and Delivery teams.
- Coordinate between business units and contractors during planning/construction as needed.
- Attend and/or chair customer and FM Facilities governance forums; coordinate inspections as needed.
- Apply E&PS programs/methodologies to generate savings and optimize site/business performance.
- Gather and provide site-specific data to support regional/global metrics and performance analysis.
- Manage departmental spend and budgeting; manage facility assets and develop long-range capital planning.
- Participate in and lead matrix teams.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, business and/or architecture (required). Professional Engineer designation (preferred).
- Experience/Skills/Knowledge Required:
- Minimum 6 years in facilities and engineering within a regulated/GxP environment.
- Strong management and technical skills; comprehensive understanding of facilities maintenance with ability to operate as Facility Manager.
- Strong written and oral communication.
- People leadership and development; ability to collaborate/influence as a strategic business partner.
- Ability to adapt emerging best practices and industry innovations.
- Ability to lead diverse teams through change and organizational transformation.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and tactical responsiveness.
- Knowledge of technical and business disciplines.
- Documented success achieving project goals; strong local collaboration for project completion and people development.
- Budget/financial management skills; ability to navigate strategically with tactical focus.
