Role Summary

Executive Search Lead, NA โ€” full lifecycle recruiting focused on executive hiring across job functions. This role involves working with Haleonโ€™s Executive Team, HR Leaders, and Talent Leaders to develop innovative sourcing plans, sourcing candidates and external partners, and managing hiring processes for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for end-to-end hiring processes for SVP, VP & Director level candidates, as part of an enterprise-wide team
  • Advise on vacancy role and responsibilities, working with the Executive Team member/their team with input from HR Business Lead
  • Develop hiring strategy and approach for bringing in senior leaders into Haleon
  • Partner with the Rewards team to craft compelling packages for our senior candidates
  • Manage relationships with executive search firms
  • Utilize understanding of the external CPG environment and Haleonโ€™s business model to shape hiring approaches

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead search activity for senior level vacancies including recruitment strategy, sourcing, attraction, selection & assessment
  • Contribute to the evolution of Haleon's Executive Search team with process refinement and enhanced robustness
  • Develop and deliver plans to source external talent and broker internal talent based on talent reviews and succession plans
  • Develop external pipelines of talent aligned to business strategy; engage line leaders as talent spotters
  • Consult to senior management on talent needs and assess capability and fit
  • Provide talent intelligence to support planning and decision making
  • Conduct market mapping and manage candidate outreach
  • Choose appropriate recruitment methods balancing quality, cost, and speed while ensuring policy compliance
  • Develop knowledge of third-party partners and determine when to use search partners or internal sourcing

Qualifications

  • At least 8 years experience as a Senior Consultant in a top tier global executive search firm across multiple functions
  • Additional in-house Executive Search experience supporting senior-level vacancies is highly desired
  • Experience recruiting in Consumer and healthcare organizations; working with Executive Team members is preferred
  • Expertise in deal negotiation with executive level candidates
  • Ability to make independent decisions and manage workload in a complex environment
  • Experience collaborating with a dynamic matrix of internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to operate across cultural, language, legislative and geographical boundaries; coach senior leaders
