NeuroCare Sales Specialist (Territory-based)

Responsibilities:
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and office staff).
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships; tailor solutions to customer needs; use industry insights to differentiate and achieve sales targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to drive successful sales strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate expertise and execute sales strategies.
- Maintain required call average (face-to-face interactions focused on top target customers).
- Use problem-solving techniques to improve performance in the assigned region.
- Adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales performance goals/objectives and complete required administrative duties.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required (preferably related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
- Preferred: managing complex healthcare accounts and multiple stakeholders in major healthcare settings.
- Preferred: experience with specialty pharmacies, patient support programs, reimbursement/access stakeholders.
- Preferred: neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics; new product launch experience.

Skills/Abilities:
- Proven accomplishments in the market toward meeting objectives.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to interact with HCPs in face-to-face and virtual environments; proficient with technology.
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing preferred.
- Ability to pass background, motor, and drug screening.
- Valid US driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record.

Travel: Regular travel, including air travel and weekend/overnight travel.
