NeuroCare Sales Specialist

How You’ll Spend Your Day (Essential Areas of Responsibility)
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and office staff)
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships to meet sales targets
- Review, analyze sales data, and create territory plans using promotional budget funds
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to drive sales strategies
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate insights and ensure cohesive execution
- Maintain call average per sales plan via face-to-face interactions with top target customers
- Use traditional and nontraditional problem-solving to improve performance in assigned region
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines
- Achieve sales performance goals and complete required administrative duties

Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably related); B2B sales experience required (pharma sales preferred)
- Preferred: managing complex healthcare accounts with multiple stakeholders; working with specialty pharmacies, patient support programs, reimbursement/access stakeholders; neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics experience; new product launch experience
- Skills/abilities: proven market accomplishments; strong written/oral communication; ability to interact with HCPs in-person and virtually and use technology; leadership/interpersonal skills; knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing (preferred); ability to pass background/motor/drug screening; valid US driver’s license

Travel: Regular travel (may include air and weekend/overnight).
