Responsibilities:
- Attain sales objectives by presenting complex clinical and business information on immunology products/services to Dermatology healthcare professionals and other decision makers.
- Execute franchise and brand strategy/tactics within the assigned customer segment (e.g., physicians, staff, hospital/clinic specialists, pharmacists).
- Influence decision makers to support product use for relevant disease states using clinical/business expertise and effective selling.
- Execute local marketing strategies and collaborate with internal team members to improve business results.
- Build customer loyalty by identifying/cultivating relationships with key local decision makers.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree minimum.
- Valid driverβs license; ability to travel as necessary.
- Reside near the territory (or be willing to relocate).
- Minimum 5 years direct selling to healthcare professionals (pharma/biotech/device/healthcare) or large account management or B2B experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling injectable/infused products.
- Working knowledge of immunology and/or Dermatology (highly preferred).
- Experience managing complex reimbursement issues.
- Project-oriented selling experience in a high-incentive, individual performance culture with documented success.
- Completion of Management Development course(s).
Preferred Skills:
- AI/Tech learning aptitude; business development, clinical experience, communication, cross-functional collaboration, customer centricity, data savvy, developing partnerships, immunology, market knowledge, performance measurement, pharmaceutical industry/sales marketing, problem solving, sales, sales trend analysis, strategic sales planning.
