Executive Director, Talent Enablement Lead

Role: Executive Director, Talent Enablement, leading the development and execution of talent strategies within a global biopharma organization, reporting to the Chief Talent Strategy Officer. Responsibilities: provide strategic direction for Talent Enablement, oversee a team of leads, establish operational practices, act as a thought partner to HR leadership, and drive end-to-end talent experiences including succession planning, executive recruiting, and leadership development. Requirements: Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field; minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience in complex, global settings, with expertise in strategic workforce planning, talent management tools, and supporting science-driven organizations such as pharma or life sciences. Preferred: experience supporting pharmaceutical R&D, manufacturing, or commercial functions; strong influencing, analytics, change management, and leadership skills.
